CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) MEASURES IN PLACE

Protecting You!

During this difficult time and due to the nature of our business, East Anglia Ultrasound Services Ltd is operating as usual, but we need to do our best to protect you and to protect our staff.

Many people prefer to come to us to be in a safer and quiet environment, instead of being waiting in line to be scanned in a busy hospital and facing the risk to catch the virus.

We’ve made a few small changes in our schedule but you can book your appointment as usual and you’ll have to follow our new measures in place.

Here are our new measures in place:

All clients and people entering the clinic MUST wash their hands before coming in and wear shoe covers, available at the entrance. For those new to the clinic, you’ll find the toilet right next to our entrance.
Clients are seen one at a time during their appointment and are allowed to be accompanied by one adult and a child.
When attending appointment, clients MUST have their own face mask.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Face masks are not provided by the clinic.
The sonographer performing the scan will wear a face mask, apron, and gloves as well. Our non-clinical staff also wear a mask.
In order to minimize physical contact, clients are required to sign all documents sent to them before the appointment, and payments are still processed as usual, but the card machine is disinfected after each transaction.

Upholding Already High Standards

We are upholding our already high standards of infection control. Hard surfaces such as door handles are also being wiped down regularly with antibacterial wipes or antibacterial spray. We monitor the daily cleaning of the premises, equipment, and regular cleaning the toilets.
If you have any symptoms related to Coronavirus, please let us know as soon as possible. To avoid any risk, we can either cancel your appointment (under these circumstances all deposits are refundable) or re-schedule it after at least 14 days quarantine.

We thank you for your collaboration. All our new measures are taken in order to keep you and our staff safe. That’s what matters to us!
